Hailing from Kent, England, Jacky earned her Master’s degree from the prestigious Royal College of Art before making the leap to New York. There, she became an integral part of the design teams for renowned brands such as Calvin Klein, Narciso Rodriguez, and Donna Karan Collection. Throughout her tenure, Jacky's illustrations came to life on the runway, yet her artistic prowess remained a well-kept secret, cherished only by those in the fashion industry. It wasn't until brands began to request her illustrations for use as prints in their collections that Jacky recognized the potential for her passion for illustration to transcend the confines of the design room. Shortly after establishing her illustration studio, Jacky gained significant recognition on Instagram, where she shared her work with a broader audience, bringing her once-hidden art into the spotlight. In 2021, she took a bold step forward by self-publishing a limited edition photo collage book, now available at Dashwood Books. Her captivating artwork has been showcased in multiple exhibitions at the Fashion Illustration Gallery in London and has garnered the attention of industry luminaries such as Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney. Currently based in New York, Jackyblue continues to push the boundaries of her craft and is available for private commissions.
