Florian Joye, born in 1979 in Lausanne, is an innovative photographer who straddles the artistic landscapes of Lausanne and Paris. A graduate of the esteemed ECAL (Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne), Florian earned his Bachelor's degree in 2006, followed by a Master’s in 2008, solidifying his foundation in contemporary art and photography. As a co- of Novembre magazine, Florian has cultivated a platform that celebrates the intersection of art and culture, further enriching the creative dialogue in the photography community. Florian's photographic practice navigates the intriguing realm of probability, skillfully interweaving threads of documentary realism, staged narratives, and alluring advertising aesthetics. His work delves deep into the blurred lines between the actual and the virtual, the tangible and the dreamlike, inviting viewers to question their perceptions of reality.
