Bio

As a child, California-born makeup artist Erin Ayanian Monroe fell in love with the transformative power of makeup and the arena for creative expression that it affords. She began giving her mother and friends makeovers and went on to assisting legendary artists Kevyn Aucoin and Pat McGrath. Today Erin’s work appears in print, on the red carpet and in feature films. She is often amazed that she’s been blessed with a career doing what she loved at age eleven and her favorite part of her job is seeing confidence shine from the face she has just made up.
