Dolores Lavin has been a conduit for creativity for more than three decades. Long before lady start-ups became a phenomenon, DLMAU began as a one-woman show. “I worked the majority of the time on Bondi Beach – sunning and swimming with a diary and my mobile. It was magical,” Dolores recalls. Business boomed, and after a year it was time to hire staff and rent an office space. Today, DLMAU has evolved to become Australia’s most eminent creative agency. “An intimate understanding of the fashion, entertainment, advertising and publishing industries – and of course, incredible contacts – has helped us stay at the top of our game,” says Dolores.
