Dan embodies a quiet confidence that resonates through his work, a philosophy he intentionally embraces in both life and art. While many may be surprised to learn of his past as a professional snowboarder, it is the journey from snow-covered slopes to the dynamic world of photography that truly defines his unique perspective. Beginning his career as an assistant to renowned photographer Mark Seliger, Dan honed his craft with an acute focus on storytelling and the fluidity of movement. His artistic vision has led him to collaborate with esteemed directors such as Blaise Cepis, Magdalena Wosinska, Arto Saari, and Kurt Iswarienko, pushing the boundaries of visual narrative. Dan has also lent his talents to creating compelling brand films for industry giants including Puma, Adidas, Levi’s, Virgin Hotels, and Satisfy Running. Now based in Los Angeles, he continues to explore the intersection of sport, art, and life, capturing moments that inspire and engage audiences worldwide.
