Chadwick Models 45 Year Anniversary Chadwick Models in November 2021 celebrated 45 years in business, consistently at the forefront of the Industry not just locally but internationally. Founded in 1976, Chadwick Models has developed the careers of some of the most beautiful, diverse and successful models in the fashion industry. In those 45 years Chadwick Models has initiated the careers of some of the biggest names in the industry that have gone onto global success and recognition names like Elle McPherson, Travis Fimmel, Rachel Hunter, Toneya Bird and Megan Gale. Chadwick’s celebrated this impressive milestone with the worlds current leading model Adut Akech, starting her career with us at 16 Adut has since appeared on numerous covers of American, British, French, Italian and Australian editions of Vogue and shot campaigns for Fendi, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Chanel, Isabel Marant, Hugo Boss, Zimmermann and signed multimillion dollar contracts with Victoria’s Secret and Estee Lauder. Chadwick have nurtured the careers of other major names Andreja Pejic, Jessica Hart and Hannah Elyse all discovered and represented by the agency. Chadwick is proud to also represent an impressive new wave of talent impacting the local and global industry such as Holly Magson , Prince, Conlan Munari, Lucy Rosiek and Christian Wilkins. With leading interstate divisions in Perth and Melbourne the agency has always been committed to a personal approach to the management of each one of our models, guiding and developing each in a strategic and individual manner to ensure every Model achieves their full potential. Under the management division long term clients have included Jackie O, Sophie Falkiner, Karina Brown, Tara Moss, Jess Rowe, Kate Waterhouse, Tammin Sursok and John Cleese. Chadwick have always moved with the times developing a strong Social Media management focus. Some of the most viewed and engaged social media influencers in the country including names like Steph Claire Smith, Laura Henshaw, Dan Brown, Elisha and Renee Herbert are managed through Chadwick. Chadwick Models started in November 1976 when founder Peter Chadwick took over Griffin Models with business partner Stuart Cameron based in Cooper St Paddington. Martin Walsh joined the agency as young model in 1981 and after 12 years based in New York and another business under his belt returned to Sydney to go into partnership with Peter in 1994. Peter Chadwick retired from the business in 2007 with Martin assuming the CEO role as major shareholder. Melbourne Manager and shareholding director Matthew Anderson continues to be a driving force within the business. With an accompanying Academy attached to the Perth Division our West Australian operations have gone from strength to strength under the guidance of long term manager Tanya Muia. Since its inception it’s been the dedicated team at Chadwick that has consistently set us apart. Skilled, passionate, experienced, determined, understanding and loyal. Although Australia’s largest Model Agency we operate as a family, with our agents the most experienced and highly regarded in the business some with us for over 20 and 15 years, others from client back grounds and others who started with us as successful models themselves.
