Baldomero Fernandez
Bio
Baldomero's journey is marked by a blend of unexpected achievements and passions that paint a vibrant picture of his character. In 2017, he secured an impressive third place in his age group at the Death Valley Trail Marathon, showcasing his dedication to endurance running—a pursuit that culminated in a remarkable 50-mile race at the 2019 Bryce Canyon Ultra. Beyond the realm of athletics, Baldomero possesses a unique survival skill: he can start a fire by rubbing sticks together, and his secret ingredient for his award-winning chili is none other than Vegemite. A true socialite at heart, Baldomero invites friends and colleagues to join him for a Margarita session, as he is always eager for good company and lively conversation. Splitting his professional life between the bustling cities of New York and Los Angeles, Baldomero also embraces his role as a devoted father to two boys. His commitment to youth development shines through his work as an Assistant Scoutmaster and soccer coach, where he aims to inspire and positively influence the next generation. When he’s not immersed in family activities, you can find him reconnecting with nature—whether it’s under a starlit sky or racing on rugged trails, the great outdoors is where he finds his true happiness.
