Bio

B. Åkerlund's passion for fashion design led her to leave her home in Stockholm, Sweden for Los Angeles at the age of 14. She quickly gained recognition in the industry by working with prominent directors including Jonas Akerlund, Tony Scott, and David LaChapelle. Known for her extravagant style, she has styled renowned musicians such as Madonna, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna. B. Åkerlund seamlessly navigates the realms of film, fashion, and music, creating her own unique fashion identity. Her artistic journey includes founding 'The Residency Experience,' a fashion showroom for designers, in partnership with Kent Belden.
