Ashley Armitage is a talented photographer and director known for her candid and refreshing visual storytelling that challenges traditional beauty norms and societal expectations. Starting her career with a Canon AE-1 during high school, she pursued a BFA in Photomedia at the University of Washington and studied Cinema at UCSB. Her work includes well-renowned clients such as Nike, Adidas, H&M, and Nordstrom, gaining recognition for the groundbreaking Billie commercial featuring female body hair. Her series, 'The Girls Room', aims to empower through imagery that reflects connection and authenticity, showcasing the perspectives of women. Ashley's work has been featured in prominent publications including Vogue and Dazed, and exhibited in major cities worldwide.
