She began her career with private instruction from Chanel and was among the first makeup artists at MAC Cosmetics' flagship store in Chicago. She later moved to New York, quickly becoming a trusted assistant for leading artists like Francois Nars and Stephane Marais, and subsequently moved to London to further assist top makeup artists during significant fashion events.
