Description

Five armchairs are staged in an indoor setting, possibly a derelict church or similar historical interior. The armchairs are assorted in design and upholstery, and are arranged as though in a seating area, with books scattered around them on the stone floor. The walls are weathered and cracked, with several memorial tablets or plaques visible on the wall behind the chairs. The lighting is subdued and dramatic, casting shadows and accentuating the textures of the stone walls and the fabrics of the chairs.
