Description

This digital illustration by San Francisco-based illustrator Yaniv Shimony depicts a stylized, burly cartoon sailor rendered in a playful, character-driven style. The sailor features exaggerated proportions with massive forearms, freckled skin, a bushy white mustache, a prominent reddish nose, and wide-eyed expression. He wears a classic white and blue striped jersey and a white captain cap adorned with an anchor emblem and dark visor. His powerful forearms display matching blue dolphin tattoos facing each other amid stylized waves. The composition employs a dynamic, close-up perspective centered against a solid, muted blue-grey background with soft gradient shading.
