The Art Gallery of Ontario presents The Art Rate Monitor, a unique gallery experience where visitors can explore artwork and their physical and emotional reactions to the artwork through heart rate monitoring. The gallery displays an array of framed Baroque paintings, each showcasing rich colors, textures, and dramatic compositions. Gallery visitors walk through the art gallery, observing artwork and allowing their emotional reaction to the art to be measured by the heart rate monitor. The gallery interior features pink walls, dark brown floors, and a modern seating area. The paintings themselves capture dramatic scenes and figures, drawing viewers into the world of Baroque art.
