Wassim Bazzi, Retoucher, Sydney

Description

This magazine cover image features a parody publication titled Wookieerotica, styled as a spoof on science fiction themes. On the left side of the frame, an R2-D2 astromech droid extends a mechanical arm holding a lit match to a cigarette held by a seated woman on the right. The woman is shown from the back and side, with dark curly hair and a dark complexion, seated against a solid deep red background. Bold yellow typography at the top reads Wookiee and Rotica, accompanied by subsidiary article titles on the right. The lighting is soft and directional, highlighting the contours of the droid and the figure. Color grading emphasizes deep crimson and metallic blue tones throughout the composition.
