Description

A woman wearing a blue athletic tank top and dark shorts is caught taking a rest break, bent over with her hands on her knees in the middle of a dense forest. Mist and fog weave between the tall, dark tree trunks, creating an atmospheric and moody environment. The ground is covered in moss and scattered twigs under an overcast, diffused daylight. The composition is framed by foreground foliage framing the clearing where the runner stands. This outdoor sports and fitness photograph was captured by photographer Guy Farrow.
