Colette De Barros, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

A striking black and white monochrome photograph captures a woman standing outdoors beneath a streaming shower, her gaze directed slightly upward with a soft expression. She wears a dark one-piece swimsuit, her wet skin glistening under the bright daylight. Water droplets streak through the air around her, frozen in motion against a backdrop of wooden slat walls and soft foliage. Her hair is tied back cleanly, and she poses with one hand gently resting on her chest and the other near her midsection. The low-angle composition emphasises her posture and the cascading water.
