Description

This documentary video clip opens with a shot of tall gum trees lining a muddy riverbank before submerging beneath the water surface. Underwater, murky green light illuminates a large catfish swimming amongst tangled, moss-covered tree roots and aquatic grasses. A glass jug and other debris rest on the sediment riverbed as the fish navigates the murky depths. Produced by Margot Fitzpatrick, the video captures natural aquatic life and river environments in a documentary style.
