About

This digital vector illustration by London-based illustrator Kaja Merle depicts a nocturnal outdoor scene with two women seated on barstools at a counter. Both women hold small glasses of wine, with one facing away in a white top and blue trousers, and the other facing forward with white hair and a golden-brown top. The dark background features stylized white hanging pendant lights on the left and a prominent skeletal white tree with blue leaf accents on the right. A row of blue chairs recedes along tables in the background under a deep purple sky. The composition relies on flat vector shapes and bold contrasting colours characteristic of contemporary graphic illustration.
