Ture Lillegraven, Photographer, New York

Description

This dynamic portrait by photographer Ture Lillegraven captures a man reclining inside the center of a large black tractor tire resting on a bright red gym floor. The subject is wearing a vibrant blue puffer vest over a dark long-sleeve athletic top and dark trousers, with a blue hood pulled up partially over his head while he adjusts it with one hand. His dark boots feature red laces and patterned accents around the collar. The lighting is direct and energetic, creating crisp highlights on his clothing and the textured rubber surface of the tire. Shot in New York, the composition uses a vertical framing that emphasizes the geometric interplay between the circular tire and the athletic apparel.
