NYPL Treasures Winnie the Pooh 2026

Description

This video project produced by NYPL features Charles Kindell-Carter, assistant curator in the library's special collections, discussing the original, real-life Winnie the Pooh and his friends on display at the Polonsky Exhibition of the New York Public Library's Treasures. The speaker is shown wearing a dark green blazer, white shirt, and patterned tie while seated in a wood-paneled library room with traditional brass desk lamps. The footage includes sweeping exterior and interior shots of the New York Public Library, alongside close-up views of the historic stuffed animals displayed in glass exhibition cases.
