Tommy Kha, Photographer, New York

Description

This photograph by Tommy Kha captures an urban street scene in New York. A silver fire hydrant stands on the concrete sidewalk next to the corner of a building constructed from purple painted bricks. The building features a large wire mesh security cover over a window, marked with white spray paint graffiti. Weeds and small patches of grass grow along the curb and edges of the sidewalk. In the background, an asphalt street intersection is visible alongside a black metal fence and flowering pink trees under an overcast sky.
