Tina Barney, Photographer, New York

Description

This portrait photograph by Tina Barney features a blonde woman and a young boy posing closely together with serious expressions. The boy is in the foreground, looking directly at the camera, while the woman stands slightly behind him in a patterned top. The composition uses natural lighting and an outdoor residential setting visible in the background. The image has a candid, documentary-style aesthetic characteristic of contemporary fine art portraiture.
