Description

This vertical portrait by photographer Tara Darby captures a middle-aged woman actively cooking in a domestic or commercial kitchen space. She wears a teal blue crewneck sweatshirt paired with a dark grey apron featuring printed text and a map graphic. Her gaze is directed downward toward a metal food preparation station where she holds a kitchen tool. The background includes indoor furnishings, potted plants, and another figure blurred in the distance. The lighting is natural and soft, creating a candid documentary feel with authentic film grain and a warm, inviting colour palette.
