Royal Opera House Stuck on a Sunday 2025

Description

Stuck on a Sunday is an animated musical video created for the Royal Opera House, featuring production by Studio AKA and music by Marc Teitler. The sequence opens in a dark, atmospheric room where a textured, black furry creature emerges from the shadows to vocalize and move dramatically. As the piece progresses, the setting shifts into striking, brightly colored geometric environments with bold red, blue, and yellow architectural planes. The animation combines expressive character movement with cinematic lighting shifts and rhythmic pacing, capturing a theatrical and surreal performance style.
