Description

The video opens with a woman walking into a Crunch Fitness gym. The fitness centre offers group exercise, weightlifting, and kickboxing. Inside the gym, an African American woman performs dumbbell exercises, then participates in a kickboxing class. She exchanges a high-five with another woman after class. The video then cuts to a restaurant scene where the same woman looks displeased and possibly sick after being served soup. She then exits the restaurant looking unwell. The gym scenes appear to be well-lit and active, while the restaurant scene has a vintage, slightly dim ambiance.
