Description

This photograph by Emma Hardy captures a vast, dusty landscape filled with a large herd of sheep of mixed black and white coloring. A lone figure stands amongst the animals, silhouetted against the bright, hazy sky. The low sun casts dramatic shadows across the dry ground, highlighting the kicked-up dust lingering in the air. Rolling hills and distant mountains stretch across the horizon under a pale sky. The warm, natural lighting emphasizes the raw, atmospheric quality of the rural scene.
