Shana Novak, Photographer, New York

Description

This surreal photographic work by photographer Shana Novak depicts a resort poolside scene where the swimming pool is filled with white cream or dip garnished with black pepper and sprigs of rosemary. A single golden-brown fried chicken tender is suspended digitally in the upper left corner above the water. In the background, a sunny terrace features yellow lounge chairs, matching umbrellas, white seating, and a tall palm tree overlooking the ocean under a clear blue sky. The composition combines sharp details with whimsical food staging in an outdoor resort environment.
