Serge Seidlitz, Illustrator, London

Description

This horizontal illustration by London-based illustrator Serge Seidlitz presents a vibrant, cinematic collage of pop culture and historical figures against a stylized sunset landscape. Bold flat colours and graphic outlines define the various characters, including a central figure smoking a cigar, a crying face in the sky, and an amphibious creature. The background features rolling purple hills, palm trees, and a distant Hollywood sign under a warm gradient sky with large yellow cross motifs. The composition blends retro graphic novel aesthetics with surreal montage elements.
