Sebastien Zanella, Photographer, Paris

Description

This high-contrast monochrome photograph by Sebastien Zanella captures an overhead perspective of a woman lying down on a light sandy beach. She is positioned next to dark, wet volcanic rock formations with gentle waves washing over the shore. Nearby, a sea lion sits upright in the shallows, looking towards the frame. The scene employs natural lighting and a grainy film texture, creating an observational documentary atmosphere.
