Ryan West, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

A striking monochrome portrait features a shirtless male subject with tousled, curly hair blowing across his face in profile. The lighting is high-contrast, accentuating the muscle definition of his torso and shoulders against a dark background. His expression is contemplative with his head turned to the side, and his hand rests near his hip. Captured in a dramatic studio setting, the composition highlights texture and form through a timeless black and white treatment by photographer Ryan West.
