About

This striking illustration by Raid71 depicts a punk rock superhero character dynamically posed while playing a red bass guitar. The figure wears spiked accessories, studded leather, and heavily patterned trousers, embodying a raw, energetic aesthetic. The composition is set against an explosive background featuring layered newspaper text, bold typography, and jagged lightning-bolt graphic overlays in vibrant shades of magenta, yellow, and red. Halftone dot patterns and distressed print textures throughout give the artwork a gritty, zine-like comic book feel. The high-contrast color palette and chaotic collage arrangement create a powerful sense of kinetic energy and rebellious style.
