Description

Tennis star Rafael Nadal is captured seated on a director chair by a clay tennis court, holding a tennis ball in his right hand. He wears a grey sleeveless athletic top, shorts, white socks, purple sneakers, and a pink baseball cap worn backwards. Taping is visible on his fingers. The scene is illuminated by natural daylight casting soft shadows across the reddish-brown clay court surface. The composition is captured vertically, focusing closely on the athlete during a moment of repose. The photograph is credited to Radka Leitmeritz.
