About

This striking monochrome portrait features a bald subject with closed eyes and head tilted upward, framing their face with both hands pressed against the throat. The subject wears multiple silver rings, hoop earrings, bracelets, and a chain necklace. Prominent butterfly and heart-shaped tattoos are visible across the chest and forearms. The composition is a tight, vertical close-up set against a neutral gradient background, emphasizing dramatic lighting and shadow contours across skin and metal surfaces. The image was captured in Auckland by photographer Sacha Stejko.
