Pol Kurucz, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

This striking surrealist portrait by photographer Pol Kurucz features a woman dressed in a long pink coat and thigh-high boots, holding a long-handled pink roller brush. She is positioned next to a monumental, stylized green mannequin head featuring bright yellow hair, red lips, and pearl earrings, which rests upon a stone pedestal. Another similar giant head is partially visible to the right. The entire scene is set against a vibrant magenta and purple textured background, creating a high-contrast, pop-art aesthetic with saturated lighting and bold color blocking.
