Various Editorials Playing with light 2024

Description

This striking editorial portrait features a black woman captured with an intentional motion blur effect that softly distorts her features. She wears a heavily textured, shimmering gold metallic top that catches the light across her shoulders and arms. The subject is set against a solid, vibrant blue background that creates a sharp complementary contrast with the warm golden tones of her garment. The composition employs a vertical orientation, focusing tightly on the upper body and head with dynamic shutter drag technique. Photographed by Jeanne Dart for the project Playing with light.
