Philippe Lacombe, Photographer, Paris

Description

This still life photograph by Philippe Lacombe features a simple composition centered on a small terracotta plant pot. Bunched densely inside the pot and overflowing in swirling sculptural folds is a vibrant green mesh netting material. The subject rests on a smooth, pale horizontal surface that merges into a soft, neutral-toned vertical background. The lighting is subdued and directional, creating gentle shadows beneath the pot and highlighting the textured weave of the plastic mesh against the matte clay surface.
