Peter Brew Bevan, Photographer, Sydney

Description

This portrait diptych features two distinct subjects captured by photographer Peter Brew Bevan in Sydney. The left frame shows a tight portrait of an elderly man with blue eyes, a white beard, and lined skin, wearing a dark jacket with his hands clasped near his chin. The right frame shows a younger man with dark hair, a light beard, and blue eyes, seated in a relaxed pose against an off-white brick wall with exposed wiring. He is dressed in a light-coloured linen jacket and matching trousers with white trainers. The lighting is soft and natural, emphasizing the varied textures of skin, hair, brick, and fabric across both compositions.
