Description

This monochrome editorial portrait by photographer Paul Kooiker features a bald subject resting with eyes closed against soft pillows. The figure is wrapped in large swaths of dark fabric and metallic material, creating sculptural folds across the body. The lighting is soft and directional, highlighting the textures of the textiles and skin. The composition is intimate and contemplative, rendered in a grainy black-and-white tone.
