About

This video piece by filmmaker Pau Carrete opens with a performer in a fluffy fur shrug and white top moving against a plain neutral background. The sequence cuts to a dark nighttime outdoor setting featuring a stationary car engulfed in a massive fiery explosion. The flames billow high into the night air in an intense cinematic sequence. The work highlights sharp contrasts between studio performance footage and explosive action cinematography.
