About

This striking monochrome portrait features actor Patrick Stewart in character as Jean-Luc Picard, accompanied by a secondary figure in the background. The high-contrast black and white grading emphasizes facial textures and serious expressions. Bold typographic elements in gold and white overlay the composition, including the Star Trek Picard series title and release information. The lighting is dramatic and directional, creating deep shadows that accentuate the moody atmosphere. Captured by photographer James Dimmock, the image serves as key promotional art for the streaming series.
