Nicky Hamilton, Photographer, London

Description

This portrait by photographer Nicky Hamilton features an older man and woman seated closely together on a distressed, antique green velvet sofa. The man wears glasses, a light-colored zip cardigan, and trousers, while the woman wears a patterned green cardigan over a blue collared shirt and skirt. They pose with neutral, steady expressions, looking directly toward the camera in a staged domestic interior setting. The background shows patterned wallpaper and draped windows with warm, soft lighting illuminating the scene. A red garden tool leans against the wall on the right side of the frame.
