Description

This vertical image captures three women engaged in a fitness session on reformer machines inside a studio in Los Angeles. The central instructor, a blonde woman in a grey cropped sweater and black activewear, smiles while adjusting the posture of the Black woman in the foreground who wears a white ribbed athletic crop top and matching leggings. To the left, another participant wearing blue activewear performs a lunge on her machine. Warm golden light emanates from a light source in the background, casting strong highlights and creating a glowing rim effect on the subjects. The composition emphasizes movement and instruction within a supportive group fitness environment.
