Description

This wildlife photograph captures a small group of three reindeer with impressive, branching antlers standing prominently on a rugged, rocky terrain. The animals are captured in profile against an open, pale blue sky that dominates the upper portion of the vertical frame. The rocky ground in the foreground features textured stone surfaces and earthy tones with patches of low-lying vegetation. Natural daylight illuminates the scene evenly, highlighting the distinct contours of the reindeer and the rugged texture of the landscape. Photographed by Nick Kelley in New York.
