Nerys Jones, Photographer, London

Description

This portrait photograph by Nerys Jones features a young Black girl captured mid-air in a vertical frame. She wears a striking yellow one-shoulder swimsuit with sheer mesh panels paired with bright blue tights and patterned shoes. Her hair is styled into multiple upright pigtails tied with red bands. The low-angle composition places her against a clear blue sky, with a sunlit park lawn and distant trees visible below. Another smaller figure is seen walking in the sunlit background under natural daylight.
