Description

An athletic man is seated on a gym bench outdoors, positioned directly in front of a metal barbell loaded with round weight plates marked with numbers. He wears a black tank top, a dark beanie, maroon sweatpants, and high-top sneakers. The background features structural concrete walls, tiled surfaces, and a wire mesh fence under bright daylight. Natural sunlight illuminates the scene, highlighting the muscular physique and the textures of the gym equipment. The composition is structured vertically with a straightforward perspective.
