Description

A smiling woman wearing dark athletic clothing and textured boxing hand wraps stands in the foreground, posed in a fighting stance with her fists raised. Her dark hair is pulled back, and she looks toward the side with an engaged expression. In the blurred background, a man in a white t-shirt is also posed with his fists raised, practicing shadowboxing. The indoor setting receives soft natural light from large windows on the left. The shallow depth of field keeps the focus sharply on the woman in the foreground while softening the background elements.
