Murray Hall, Photographer, New York

Description

This interior photograph by Murray Hall captures a man and a woman seated opposite each other in a cozy, curtained booth inside a restaurant. The warm, amber-toned backlighting casts a soft glow over the scene, highlighting the architectural wooden framework and cream-colored fabric drapes framing the booth. The woman on the left holds chopsticks while facing her companion, and the man on the right raises a glass to his lips. A dark wooden table sits between them holding glassware and water pitchers, while a single black chair faces the booth in the foreground. The intimate atmosphere is enhanced by the rich, moody illumination and wooden textures of the interior.
