Mia Mala Mcdonald, Photographer, Sydney

Description

A documentary-style outdoor portrait captured by photographer Mia Mala Mcdonald in Sydney. Two women stand closely together in the center of a dry, grassy field, surrounded by a large flock of brown chickens foraging on the ground. A low wire mesh fence runs horizontally behind them, backed by a dense row of tall, dark green pine trees that stretch across the horizon. The ambient daylight casts soft illumination over the natural scene, emphasizing the rustic rural setting.
