Description
This digital illustration by Maya Ish-shalom presents an elevated, bird's-eye view of a bustling urban street grid in New York. The composition is densely populated with numerous tiny figures walking along grey sidewalks between brightly coloured skyscrapers rendered in flat tones of yellow, red, blue, and green. Pedestrians feature in varied attire and groupings, some pushing prams or walking alongside a horse-drawn carriage. The illustration employs a graphic, clean style with sharp geometric shapes representing the city architecture and flat colour fills for the street level activity.
