Matteo Montanari, Photographer, London

Description

This black and white editorial image, photographed by Matteo Montanari, captures a seated family on the wooden deck of a boat. A woman wearing a dark knit bonnet and sweater looks toward the camera with a subtle smile. Next to her, a man with dark hair sits alongside a young child. The subjects are positioned against a bright, hazy sky and water background where the Statue of Liberty is faintly visible in the distance. The grainy texture and high-contrast monochrome grading lend a documentary feel to the outdoor scene.
